Our regional and seasonable philosophy is best expressed at our signature restaurant where meat, fish and vegetables are prepared on a traditional wood fire grill and presented with an original twist. The only thing you'll need to pack for this adventure is your appetite!

Don't let the traditional name, smoking room and piano music fool you. This bar is trending this century (in fact, right now!). And it's where you'll find real alpine spirits, quite literally…local Schnapps, anyone?
Witch'eese Fondue Hut
Cheese, glorious cheese. Where would alpinism be without it? Visit our intimate Fondue Hut in winter for a traditional alpine vibe. Just don’t drop your fork in the fondue - that’s an adventure we don’t recommend.
